Noah Stolmaker
Founder & Principal
Noah's path in technology started early — teaching himself HTML in the 6th grade, freelancing through college in San Francisco, and building in the startup scene through the 2010s.
He spent 8 years as CEO of Chromaplex, a web development company he scaled through an EO accelerator program. He's held Staff Engineer and Director of Engineering roles, led greenfield initiatives at Fortune 500 companies, and worked across the full spectrum from enterprise to SMB.
That breadth — technical depth combined with real business operations experience — is the foundation of how AIron Age Labs approaches every engagement.
